YOU & ME Yoga is aimed at people with learning disabilities of all age groups and abilities.
YOU & ME Yoga Therapy diploma is for: Qualified Yoga Teachers, trainee yoga teachers in the final half of their yoga training course; Professionals (allied Health and Education) training to be yoga teachers; and qualified YOU & ME Yoga Trainers with sufficient APEL (Accreditation for Prior Experiential Learning).
YOU & ME Yoga Trainers' certificated training is the foundation course that is essential training for professionals, personnel and parents with two years' yoga experience, who wish to teach yoga to individuals and groups with learning disabilities. This modular programme is competence-based and user-friendly, with contact and/or online tuition with Maria Gunstone. Training is accompanied by course materials, ongoing tuition and assessment of candidate's study, personal practice and teaching practice with three case studies (200 hours).
